Welcome to Extended Stave Events (formerly The Barn at McCall Springs). We are so excited to welcome you to our site, and to our venue! Our team is comprised of event professionals sharing over 35 years of event and venue experience. From weddings to corporate events, venue management, food & beverage planning, and more - we have all the tools ready to help you make your event the best it can be.

We try to make our venues as flexible as possible - allowing you to create something truly unique. We try to make things upfront and easy so that you don’t have to navigate through all of the “fine print” to find surprises or hidden fees. We take care of the “heavy lifting” for venue related items so that you can relax and enjoy your event!

This venue is a beautiful backdrop for any event, and we can’t wait for you to see the updates we are making. We think you’ll find that it provides (even more) a blank canvas ready for you to create your masterpiece! What can you expect from this venue?

  • Blank canvas - industrial lighting, fresh (but neutral colors), lots of windows, beautiful landscaping updates, and an open space (or three) that allows you to create a floor plan unique to your event and needs.

  • Ready to Go - We know that a lot of the stress with planning events can come around all the “little things” you have to source, find, rent, set up, etc. We try to cut out a lot of that work for you by providing a base of furniture and linens so that you can check that off your list as soon as you book your date. Plus, we set up and break down those items for you - so you can walk in the door ready to go as soon as you get possession of the space.

  • Inclusive Venue - our venue is inclusive to all people. We work hard to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe in this space and we only work with vendors who feel the same.

  • Open Catering (And other vendors) - we don’t have an exclusive caterer, or any other vendor for that matter. This allows you to create the event you want, AND to control your budget. We do require that all vendors are approved by the venue in advance of signing their contracts - we want to ensure they are licensed and insured - which protects us and you. We are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors, should you need help finding the right fit for any of your vendor needs.
